Welcome to the most straightforward, jargon-free policy you'll probably ever read.
At Neon Orca, our core philosophy is simple: your data is your data. We are here to help you improve your game, not to turn your information into a product.
To make Neon Orca work for you, we only collect the essentials: your name, your email address, your uploaded hand histories, and your usage data (like your training sessions). This helps us save your progress and keep your account running smoothly.
We will absolutely never sell your data, share it with other users, or hand it over to third-party marketers. Period.
To keep the lights on and the app running, we do use three trusted services: Stripe (to securely process payments), Google Cloud (to host the app safely), and Vast.ai (to handle the computing tasks). We only share what is strictly necessary to make the app function.
Down the road, we might want to analyze pooled hand histories or training data to unlock new insights for the community. If we ever do this, we will explicitly ask for your permission first. It will be an obvious, upfront question — never an automatic opt-in hidden in the fine print.
If you ever decide to leave, you can request to completely delete your account and all associated data easily. If you want us to forget you, we will wipe the slate entirely clean, no questions asked.
We want Neon Orca to be a welcoming tool for everyone, so there are no age restrictions to use the service. Come as you are, and let's get to work!
We spent a lot of time building Neon Orca, and we ask that you respect that effort. By using the app, you agree to play nice. This means absolutely no reverse-engineering the software, scraping our data, or poking around using our internal APIs. Just use the app as it is intended, and we'll get along great.
We want you to love using Neon Orca. If you sign up and find that it isn't quite the right fit for you, just let us know. We will happily refund your first month's subscription, no hard feelings.
